Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

All orders usually ship within 7-10 business days.

Once you submit and pay for your order with Eco Mattress Store, you have by doing so, stated that you agree to the terms and conditions of our shipping/processing/returns policy. Please read and go over these policies before you finalize your order.

Free Ground Shipping in the Continental US

This applies to the lower 48 States (and does not include Alaska or Hawaii). All items will be shipped via UPS, or FedEx Ground. If you would like Priority Mail shipping on any of these items, you can add a note when placing your order and you will be charged separately, or simply call us before placing your order. Please call 866.623.3267 or email for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada before placing your order.

Online Orders | Phone Orders

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Please check to make sure all your information was entered correctly. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order, or you are unsure if your order went through, please call us at 866.623.3267 and make sure you talk to someone regarding this issue so we can quickly resolve any potential issues with your order.

ALL orders are made to order here in the USA. We pride ourselves on the fact that our mattresses are made fresh to order. Not already made sitting in a warehouse compressed for months before your purchase. This way your mattresses foam is fresh and made just for your order. Once an order is placed your mattress will be made in our USA factory upon receipt of the completed order.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number when all or part of your order is shipped. If you log in as a guest when you place your order, you will not be able to track or check your order status online, however you will be able to track your order, once a shipping confirmation and tracking number is sent to you by email.

Orders to Alaska,Canada, Hawaii, APO’s.

International Orders (We are not able to ship all of our products Internationally)

International orders MUST email for a shipping quote, before placing your order. If you place an order, the shipping will not be calculated and your order may be cancelled. We will email you with the shipping cost for your approval before we charge you. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping of all our mattresses, pillows and mattress foundations are free of charge to the lower 48 US states.

To ensure a timely delivery, please provide a reliable phone number so you can be reached by the shipper in case there is an issue with the shipment of your order during delivery.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order expedited (shipment in less than the normal stated shipping time frame in this policy), please call us at 866.623.3267 for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Some products may not be eligible for expedited shipping such as custom orders, etc. Shipping costs for expedited shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Express Shipment delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier who is shipping the product. is not responsible if the carrier does not fulfill their guarantee of service.
